The magnetically activated LEDs feature 3 modes, off, both on, or just one LED on to simulate Philip's right eye flashing when he speaks.
The Cyclone Joker Basic Set includes an LED head unit for Cyclone Joker a black and green head plate as well as an additional Fuuto PI version metallic green head plate to better match the color from the anime's release.
The Full Set includes everything in the Cyclone Joker Basic set as well as 2 extra LED heads featuring color plates for Heat Metal and Luna Trigger.
The plates on the heads are interchangeable to create different combinations.
