What is your return policy?
Orders may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt provided the items are still in new, unopened condition.
Please contact us to arrange a return. As you will be responsible for the cost of shipping, you can provide your own label or use one from us (in which case we will deduct the cost of shipping from any refund due)
What items can not be returned?
Along with the above requirements, please note that we also do not accept returns on the following items:
- Preorder items: Per our Preorder Policy, these items may not be returned.
- Special Order Items: Special order items are custom-ordered for you and we will not accept returns on them.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
We are happy to assist you if you receive a damaged or defective item.
For items damaged in transit, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with photos of the shipping box and the item inside so that we can open a claim for reimbursement for insured shipments.
* Please note that insurance of $100 is automatically added to UPS and Priority Mail shipments. If you would like more for your shipment, please contact us. USPS First Class Domestic shipments are NOT insured.
For defective items: Please reach out to us IMMEDIATELY to report the issue. Actions available depends on the source of the item, but we will do our best to assist you.
For some special order items, we can reach out to the manufacturer regarding a return or replacement, but please note that even if they agree to replace the item, international shipping is NOT covered! Also note that limited edition items may not be available for replacement.
