The VS Vehicle Lite are about half the size of the DX VS Vehicles, but can still be used in the VS Changer. All sounds work except for the dial rotation sounds of the Dial Fighter, though the dials do turn (as do the wheels of the Trigger Machines).
As it is a candy toy, there is a mix of paint and stickers.
